On the air of "Hello, Bulgaria", the girl's parents thanked everyone who has been involved in the search for their daughter so far.

"We have been in contact with the school about her behavior, every time, if there was a signal, we have spoken to the principal.

We have notified what measures have been taken - we have visited a child psychologist and a psychiatrist", said mother Maria.

She said they are not sure if Ivana changed her Facebook profile picture herself days after she disappeared.

Maria also said that Ivana had disappeared before - she was found at the station in Blagoevgrad after 2-3 hours.

The father, Georgi, said that perhaps his daughter was also affected by threats that she could switch to an individual form of education.

"Measures have not been taken by the principal that Ivana is being harassed," said the father.

Missing Ivana is believed to be out of the country
