Olena Zelenska

took part in the opening of the art exhibition "STONEBREAKER. Women's resistance in Crimea", which took place at the representative office of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea/the office of the Crimean Platform.

The purpose of the exhibition is to draw public attention to the stories of women who were illegally imprisoned for supporting Ukraine;

to honor the strength and courage of the wives of political prisoners, as well as those who daily resist the occupiers, demonstrating the struggle for their rights and freedoms.

The exhibition aims to show that the resistance of Ukrainian citizens in Crimea continues and is gaining momentum every day.

"Fortunately, no one has to explain why, when we say "thank you to the Armed Forces of Ukraine", we address it simultaneously to both defenders and defenders, why women defenders are separately mentioned in the name of the national holiday on October 1 - because we, as a society, we are learning to make the daily feat of women visible. It is worth appreciating it. This exhibition continues this mission - focuses on brave women and their daily resistance in the conditions of occupied Crimea. Resistance, often silent and lonely - but all the more important and braver," said Zelenska.

At the event, the first lady appeared in a black suit, which consisted of a cropped jacket without a collar and palazzo pants with a wide black leather belt with a gold buckle.

She had a gold brooch on her jacket.

She was wearing black pointy shoes.

Then Olena took off her jacket and showed off a beautiful embroidered shirt with a colorful floral ornament.

The first lady completed her outfit with a perfectly smooth hairstyle with a side part, soft makeup and golden hoop earrings.

It will be recalled that Olena Zelenska visited the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra wearing an oversized black coat and a beautiful brooch.
