On the 106th anniversary of the declaration of independence of the Belarusian People's Republic, the Chairman of the Council of the Belarusian People's Republic

signed decrees on awards for services to the Belarusian people:

• Zyanon Pazniak

  - for the most important contribution to the independence of Belarus, national revival, protection of democracy,

• human rights defender

  Ales Bialiatskii

  - for outstanding merits of moral and social leadership on a national scale in the protection of civil and national-cultural rights and legality of Belarus in conditions of personal danger, as well as two political prisoners, whose names have not yet been published due to reasons of personal safety.

• The same award was given to two religious and spiritual leaders of the national scale, whose names have not yet been released.

By a closed decree, the Chairman of the Council of the BNR awarded the Medal for Combat Merit to three officers and fourteen soldiers of the Kastus Kalinovsky Regiment, one officer and eleven soldiers of the "Volat" battalion, as well as one soldier of a separate airborne assault company "Belarus" as part of one of the brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine .

One of the military organizers, previously awarded the Medal of the Order of Pursuit, was awarded an additional military award.
