The apartment, which was issued for the former candidate for the position of the President of the Republic of Belarus
Valero Tsapkala,
was again put up for auction.
A three-room apartment with a parking space on Chernysheuski Street in Minsk is for sale on the "BelYurZabespiachenya" website.
The initial price of the real estate was reduced by more than 71 thousand rubles.
Now it is 286.7 thousand rubles.
The auction will be held in early April.
From the first time, the apartment of the Tsapkalov family failed to sell, not a single bid was received at the auction, and the bidding was canceled.
Valero Tsapkala's wife, Veronika, when she learned that the authorities put the apartment up for sale, stated that it also belonged to minor children, which, according to the law, does not allow alienation of property.
She called on the prosecutor's office and the Investigative Committee to conduct an investigation, and also promised that when she returns to Belarus, she will demand rent from the buyer for the entire period of use of the apartment.
