A year ago, 6-year-old Masha cried when she saw her destroyed kindergarten for the first time.

Now the girl is already a schoolgirl.

TSN met the girl and her family in the fall near their house, which was being rebuilt after the invasion of the invaders.

Masha also talked about how she and her parents fled from the invaders.

At the same time, the girl burst into tears, because her kindergarten was torn apart by enemy shells.

The occupiers turned the kindergarten in Bohdanivka into their headquarters.

They lived here, looted here and kept the ammunition that was blown up when they fled.

The Red Cross undertook to build a new kindergarten.

Asking price: $3 million to be invested by backers.

On the site of the destroyed kindergarten, they promise, an institution should grow up according to modern requirements - with elevators for children with disabilities, a larger area and a shelter.

"More than 600 square meters, there will be a full-fledged shelter with generators, security, and ventilation. There will also be an elevator and it will be two-story. The estimated capacity is 85 children, but in fact it will accommodate more," says Oleksandr Kutsenko, deputy head of the village of Velikodymer OTG.

By the end of this year, according to the plan, the facade should be erected here.

The head of the institution promises to personally supervise the construction.

And already in 2025, it is hoped, Masha will be able to see the new kindergarten.
