Doctor Tim Tiutan shared a simple and healthy recipe for blueberry chocolates. 

Ingredients

Dark chocolate 1/2 cup Blueberries 1/2 cup Olive oil 1 tsp Nuts to taste

Tim Tiutan used walnut.

Choose according to taste: almonds, pistachios and cashews are also great options and have great health benefits.

Preparation 

Wash blueberries and dry them.

Place the oil with the dark chocolate and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds.

Use a spoon to gauge the consistency (be careful not to overheat the chocolate) and set again for another 30 seconds.

Add blueberries to the chocolate.

Stir.

Use a spoon and drop small portions of the blueberry chocolate onto the parchment paper.

Quickly scatter the chopped nuts over the top of each candy.

Freeze for 10 minutes and enjoy.
