Court's big decision on Asit Modi

New Delhi:

Actress Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal, who played the role of Mrs. Sodhi in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, is in the news these days due to the serious allegations made against her producer Asit Modi.

Actually, the actress had blamed the producer and said that due to Asit Modi's bad behavior she had to leave the show.

Due to this, she had filed a case of harassment, on which the court had given its verdict in favor of Jennifer Mistry 40 days ago.

But now the actress has expressed her reaction on this and said that even after winning the case, she has not received the amount.

Even after 40 days, Jennifer expressed her unhappiness and said, 40 days have passed since the decision on the harassment case came.

But the production house has not yet paid the outstanding wages.

For those who do not know, let us tell them that apart from Asit Modi, a case was also registered against Sohail and Jatin.

But he was not punished.

Reacting on this matter, the actress said that everything has been proved that Asit Modi is guilty.

Whereas Sohail and Jatin were not present at the time of this decision.

But I knew from the beginning.

But all three accused are roaming freely.

The verdict on the case has made it clear that I was neither making false statements nor telling any story.

Whatever I said was true.

Let us tell you, the court has ordered producer Asit Modi to pay Rs 25 to 30 lakh to actress Jennifer Mistry Beniwal.

A fine of Rs 5 lakh has been imposed on the producer.
