In Ukraine, it was necessary until the evening of March 29 to apply emergency power outage schedules in the Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, and Kirovohrad regions.

This was reported to Ukrenergo.

"Ukrenergo's dispatch center is forced to implement emergency shutdown schedules until the evening

in the Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, and Kirovohrad regions

," the company's statement said.

They explained that the main reason for the use of emergency shutdowns is the lack of sufficient generating capacity in the system to cover electricity consumption in certain regions of Ukraine. All because of a nighttime massive attack on the power plant.

In addition, energy supply restrictions will continue to apply in Kharkiv Oblast and Kryvyi Rih.

"Consumers in other regions are also asked to consume electricity sparingly and consciously," urged Ukrenergo.

We will remind you that on the night of March 29, Russia massively attacked Ukraine, launching drones and missiles, in particular, at energy facilities. Thermal and hydroelectric power stations in the central and western regions were damaged.
