The spokesman of the President of the Russian Federation, Dmytro Peskov, commented on the fact that the ICJ in The Hague issued warrants for the arrest of long-range aviation commander Serhii Kobylash and commander of the Black Sea Fleet Viktor Sokolov.

Vladimir Putin's spokesman voiced his comment to Russian mass propaganda.

Peskov said that Russia does not recognize the decision of the International Criminal Court in The Hague.

"We are not members of the charter, we do not recognize this. We also know that there are various closed processes that are carried out in secret. We treat such decisions accordingly," said the speaker of the Russian dictator.

We will remind, after issuing a warrant for the arrest of Russian generals, the International Criminal Court declared that Kobylash and Sokolov could be responsible for war crimes committed in Ukraine.
