Abby also said that her photo going viral may have saved her life because it came at a difficult time.

She recalled: "I was going through a lot at the time. I had just had a miscarriage and I was not feeling well. To be honest, going to prison not only helped me financially, but in a way it saved my life. I in recovery from heroin addiction. I've been sober for six years and after my miscarriage I went down a dark path of depression. I have BPD and PTSD and I was off meds so I was out of my mind. So sharing the photo helped me not only to pay off my debts and live a more comfortable life, but also helped me get back to myself."
