chicken fillet 700 g cheese mozzarella 200 g tomatoes 2 pcs. sour cream 70 g + 20 g (for greasing the rolls) granulated garlic 10 g mustard 1 tsp sour cream 1 tbsp.

l. parsley greens, 10 g ground black pepper, salt

  • Wash and dry the chicken fillet.

    Cut lengthwise into large plates.

    Beat back lightly.

  • Grate the cheese on a large grater.

    Divide into two parts.

  • Cut the tomatoes into half rings.

  • Chop the parsley.

  • Coat the chicken fillet with sour cream, pepper and salt.

    Put cheese, parsley, tomato on the fillet and sprinkle with garlic.

    Wrap it in a roll and put it in a form.

  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

    Remove from the oven, spread with sour cream and mustard, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, greens and put to bake in the oven for another 10 minutes.
