A stunning two-seater Aston Martin that will reach a top speed of 320kMh and will be priced at €2.1 million has been unveiled today by the legendary British brand.

The new DBR22, with a powerful 5.0-liter V12 diesel engine, comes as a final and powerful "salute" to the traditional internal combustion engine, and as a "two-finger salute" to political leaders who are are preparing to outlaw it from 2030 in favor of the electric motor, reports the Daily Mail.

The roofless design also returns, with a modern 2021 twist, with the 1950s model DBR1 – an open-cabin racing sports car described as “the most important car Aston Martin has ever produced” which has paved the way for the British brand's iconic DB range and has made it a household name.

While any roofless car may seem like an impractical option, the DBR22 is the latest roofless supercar to be produced by one of the automotive industry's "biggest players" for customers living in climates. solar and who are "happy" to drive cars with "wild" engines.
