The flying machine, powered by eight electric motors, completed its first 20-minute flight - reaching a top speed of 102 kilometers per hour.

The inspiration for the built construction is based on race cars, with a lightweight frame made of aluminum and carbon, Telegrafi reports.

The flying car relies on the giant battery and can transport a pilot weighing up to 100 kilograms.

San Sunner, head of information office at Jetson, has said that after rigorous testing for several months, the Jetson team has successfully completed the first flight.

"The team waited for Jetson ONE to arrive in Santa Maria at the Monte plant in Tuscay," Sunner added.

The Jetson is built based on Formula 1 for the sky, and that can deliver a unique in-flight experience.

"We can get everyone to fly in five minutes," said Peter Ternstrom, co-founder of the company.

The flying car whose prototype had been completed in the summer of 2018, had been modified several times until it was reached in the final product.

It is interesting that if the pilot needs to get off urgently from Jetson ONE, there is a parachute that quickly lowers the driver or pilot of the vehicle to the ground.

The Swedish company has announced that the flight was realized at a distance of 4.8 kilometers, and Jetson ONE costs 83 thousand dollars.
