Angel Galtan is a carmaker from Madrid and a big fan of Tesla while now he will be remembered as one of the few who managed to beat the American manufacturer in court.
Namely, as big fans of the Tesla car brand, which he drove from 2013, in September 2020 he had decided to buy a new Tesla Model 3.
After getting the car he noticed a series of problems in the car.
While he had not previously complained about the quality of the brand since Tesla was in the early stages, this was now unacceptable to him, the unfortunate Tesla owner said in an interview with El Periodico de Espana.
He found problems in the interior panels as the car was delivered with various gaps between the individual parts, even having consumed windshield wipers.

"The car came with bad welds.
I was told it was a ridiculous problem and I was told to forget it.
I had the opportunity to return the car the next day, but I missed the deadline because I did not have much time.
"Then they offered me the opportunity to repair it, but I did not allow this in the new car," said Galtan.
Therefore, he decided to seek justice in court.
The court ruled that Tesla should repay the entire amount spent on the purchase of the Tesla Model 3. The decision was given in the court of first instance in Fuenlabrade and captures the figure of 62,330 euros, as much as Tesla Motors has to pay Gngel Gaitan.
That's exactly what he paid extra for the Model 3 Long Range.
"Although the expert insisted that the assessed deficiencies did not endanger the structural integrity or safety of the vehicle, it was established that the vehicle did not meet the quality standards expected from a prestigious brand like Tesla," the court statement said.
Meanwhile, the mechanic posted all the problems on social networks, thus giving negative ads to Tesla.
El Periodico reports that there are no similar cases in Spanish legal history, but it has been reported worldwide that a Tesla owner won a similar case in a Chinese court.
But that does not seem to fit.
While Tesla's appeal is pending against the decision, the Spaniard has become a place of consolation for many Tesla owners: “Every week Tesla owners come to me in Spain, who have the same problems with welding, a lot of discrepancies and broken batteries.
"Some breakdowns are very serious and costly."
