Land Rover has released the first photo of the Defender 130 on the eve of the premiere of this model.

The Defender 130, which will occupy a position above the 90 and 110 versions in the range of this model, will be introduced on May 31st.

The larger variant of the popular SUV will provide ample cabin space for 8 adults.

Ahead of the premiere, the British manufacturer released the first images of the vehicle showing that the 130 model will fully share the exterior design with the two smaller versions of this car.

Compared to the 90 and 110 variants, the Defender 130 will have a longer wheelbase, but also a slightly larger body above the rear axle.

The length of the vehicle is expected to be 5100 mm, which is 342 mm more compared to the five-door model 110 and 777 mm more than the three-door Defender 90.

Land Rover has confirmed that the vehicle will have three rows of seats in a 2-3-3 configuration.

The engine is expected to be similar as with smaller versions of the Defender, including a powerful 5.0 V8 with 525 hp (386 kW) and 846 Nm.
