Jasprit Bumrah: This update regarding Jasprit Bumrah before the last test against England

New Delhi:

The last match of the five-match series is to be played between India and England in Dharamshala.

There is no good news at all for Team India before this match starting from March 7.

There is an atmosphere of uncertainty regarding KL Rahul playing in Dharamshala, who missed a century in the first Test.

Apart from this, some more players can be rested for this match.

Let us tell you, India has already won this series by 3-1.

However, this series is a part of the World Test Championship, so all the matches of this series are very important for India.

According to the report of Cricbuzz, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), the national selectors and the team management are considering resting some more players for the final match of the series.

According to reports, KL Rahul, who was considered 90 per cent fit for the third Test in Rajkot, has not fully recovered, forcing the BCCI and National Cricket Academy (NCA) managers to re-evaluate his condition.

He has been sent abroad for expert opinion and has been undergoing treatment for about a week since then.

There is a claim regarding KL Rahul that he is taking advice from an expert in London.

KL Rahul complained of pain in his right quadriceps after the first Test, due to which he could not play in the second, third and fourth Tests of the series.

Last year, KL Rahul had quadriceps surgery.

In such a situation, considering his importance in the team and his dual role for the team, BCCI, selectors and team management are not ready to take any risk with him.

Regarding KL Rahul in the Ranchi Test, a BCCI release said, "KL Rahul has been ruled out of the fourth Test. His participation in the final Test match in Dharamshala is dependent on fitness."

Jasprit Bumrah, who was rested for the Ranchi Test, will return for the Dharamshala match.

However, some players have to be given rest due to workload management.

It is believed that one batsman and one bowler may be rested for the Dharamsala Test.

Indian players, who left from Ranchi after the fourth Test on Tuesday, have been instructed to assemble in Chandigarh on March 2.

He will fly to Dharamshala on a chartered flight on March 3 along with the players who are on England tour.
