Rajat Patidar: Rajat Patidar could not capitalize on the opportunity he got at number four.

New Delhi:

Team India has achieved an unassailable lead of 3-1 against the visiting British.

Obviously, the feeling of anxiety in the Indian camp has vanished and when the Indian team takes the field in Dharamshala in the last test match (IND vs ENG 5th test) starting from March 7, they will have the psychological advantage which the players have over the physical condition. This will be clearly visible in his language and his fearless style.

However, apart from this, it is also clear that there is going to be a change in the Indian XI for the last test.

And the contest is between KL Rahul and Devdutt Padikkal.

This record of Sachin is a big challenge for Jaiswal, competition even with Pakistani Mohammad Yusuf

Situation not clear regarding KL Rahul

The picture regarding KA Rahul's fitness is not completely clear yet.

After the second test, he is only 90 percent fit.

There is no update from the management.

And if KL Rahul remains out of the last Test also, then Devdutt Padikkal may get a place in the eleven in place of Rajat Patidar.

...then KL will get the place automatically

If KL Rahul is fit, he will naturally replace Rajat Patidar.

So far the series has been a nightmare for Patidar.

Well, the question is also whether the management will take any risk regarding KL's fitness in the last test in Dharamshala which has become irrelevant.

Certainly, now that IPL is going to start next month, Rahul himself will not want to take any risk.

Such bad condition of Patidar

Patidar had joined the team with very high expectations, but he must have understood how different the challenge of the senior team in the Ranji Trophy is from that of India A.

Patidar showed form against England Lawns, but for India, his scores in six innings against England have been 32, 9, 5, 0, 17, 0.

He never looked confident after the first innings.

Obviously, punishment is certain to fall on them.

Devdutt is in great form

Devdutt's bat has scored a lot of runs in the domestic season.

He scored 556 runs in Ranji Trophy at an average of 92.67, but when he was called into the team in place of Ashwin's back-up, his campaign came to a halt, but his average is enough to tell everything.

However, it is a bit surprising that despite such form he was not played against England Lions.

In such a situation, he did not get disappointed and continued performing in Ranji.
