India has played eight Tests so far in the current WTC cycle, out of which it won five and lost two, while one match was a draw.

It seems England are not benefiting from the 'baseball' attitude.

The team has so far won only three out of nine matches, while it faced defeat in five and one match was a draw.

New Zealand is on top with 75 percent marks but has played only four Tests so far.

12 points are given for winning a test match, six points for a tie and four points for a draw.

Teams are ranked according to percentage of points.

The top two teams will play in the final to be held at Lord's in 2025.

Since the beginning of WTC, India has reached the finals both times.

For the first time, the team lost to New Zealand in the final of the championship, while in the second season the team had to face defeat against Australia.

If India also wins the fifth and final Test starting in Dharamsala from March 7, then it will further strengthen its position at second place.
