Ishan Kishan: Ishan Kishan's attitude was bound to affect BCCI sooner or later.

New Delhi:

Ishan Kishan:

This was bound to happen eventually, but when former all-rounder Irfan Pathan asked a question about Ishan Kishan a day ago, it was completely clear that the echo would reach BCCI, but the impact would be so fast. It was not expected that this would happen. In fact, when Ishan Kishan recently returned home from the South Africa tour citing mental fatigue (?), there was a discussion about why he went to KBC and why he was partying in Dubai. But it started getting heated when Rahul Dravid said that if Ishan has to return to the team, he will have to score runs on the 'platform' available at this time. And this stage was Ranji Trophy only.

But despite Dravid giving a clear signal, Ishan did not make himself available for Jharkhand. This tension took the form of fire when news came that Ishan was training with the Pathan brothers in Baroda, but was not playing Ranji Trophy matches. Pathan had clearly asked, what kind of unfit is this?

And now BCCI is also unhappy with some players as they are not willing to play in Ranji Trophy. Now, while batsmen like Pujara and Rahane are trying their best to make a comeback despite Dravid clarifying the policy, some star players are preparing themselves for the IPL by not playing Ranji Trophy. And BCCI is not at all happy with these players already being in 'IPL mood'. Some players are not playing in Ranji Trophy despite being fit.

BCCI is not happy with this and reports are coming that the board has decided to talk to these players. According to the report of the leading newspaper, the board is going to ask the players that if they are fit, then they should play for the state teams. And those who are not fit will have to go straight to the National Cricket Academy for a rehabilitation programme.

According to sources, within the next few days, official instructions will be issued to all the fit players to play for their respective states. If they are not on national duty, they will have to serve the state team. Only unfit players will get concession. And they will also have to go to NCA and get fitness certificate from there. The board is not at all happy with the fact that the players have been in 'IPL mood' since January.
