Sreesanth statement on Gambhir: Sreesanth attacks Gautam Gambhir

S Sreesanth Big Statement on Gautam Gambhir: During the Legends League match between Gujarat Giants and India Capitals, there was a heated debate between former India opener Gautam Gambhir and former fast bowler S Sreesanth. During this, both players said something to each other. But what was said did not come out. However, the matter did not appear much on the field. But after the match, Sreesanth has a lot about Gautam Gambhir and it is clear that this matter is going to catch a lot of attention.

Sreesanth did an Instagram live after the match and thanked the fans for supporting him, but after that he attacked Gambhir, saying that the opener did something very rude to him. Sreesanth said on Insta Live, "Unfortunately we lost the Legends match. But thank you for your love and support."

"I just wanted to clarify what happened to Mr Fighter. He always fights with all his colleagues. Without any reason, he doesn't respect his senior players, including Viru bhai. That's exactly what happened today. Without any provocation, he kept saying something or the other to me which was a very indecent thing, which Mr. Gautam Gambhir should not have said.

The former India pacer also said that he would tell people what his former teammate told him on the field. "There is no fault of mine here. I just wanted to clear the situation immediately. What Mr. Gauti has done, sooner or later you all will know. The words he used and said on the cricket field are not acceptable. My family, my state, everyone has suffered a lot. I fought that battle with your support. Now people want to demean me for no reason. He said things he shouldn't have said. I will definitely tell you what he said."

Sreesanth also referred to Gambhir's past feuds with Virat Kohli and said, "If you don't respect your colleagues then what is the point of representing people? Even in broadcasting, when he is asked about Virat, he never speaks about him. He talks about something else. I don't want to go into more details. Just want to say that I am deeply hurt and my family is hurt and my loved ones are hurt. And the way they said things... I have not used a single bad word or a single abusive word, nothing. He just kept saying the words he always does."

Let me tell you, there was a scuffle between Gambhir and Sreesanth in the second over of the match. Gambhir hit a six on Sreesanth's first ball and he hit a four on the second ball. After this, Gambhir's next two balls were dotted. After the fourth ball, Sreesanth and Gambhir had some arguments.

If we talk about the match, Gambhir's India Capitals won the match by 12 runs and Sreesanth's Gujarat Giants were out of the tournament. The Capitals will now face Manipal Tigers in the second qualifier to secure a place in the final against UrbanRisers Hyderabad.
