The forward of the national team of Ukraine Roman Yaremchuk scored his debut goal for Valencia. This happened in the match of the 1/32 finals of the Spanish Cup against Arosa, which plays in the 5th division of the country.

The 28-year-old Ukrainian was in the starting lineup of the "bats" and opened the scoring in the 8th minute. Yaremchuk perfectly understood someone else's penalty area and scored past the opponent's goalkeeper with a powerful shot from the left in touch.

For Roman, this goal was the first in the Valencia shirt in all competitions. It took the Ukrainian striker 11 matches to score for the Spanish club for the first time.

Yaremchuk's goal was the only one in this match and the winning one. "Bats" beat the opponent with a score of 1:0 and reached the 1/16 finals of the Spanish Cup.

Yaremchuk played 82 minutes and, in addition to the goal, managed to earn a yellow card in the 37th minute.


Ruben Baraja's wards will play their next match on December 8 against Getafe as part of the 16th round of La Liga. Currently, Yaremchuk's team is ninth in the Spanish championship with 19 points after 15 matches.
