On December 8-10, the second stage of the 2023/24 Biathlon World Cup will take place in Hogfilzen, Austria.

The competition program of the second stage included sprints, pursuit races and classic relays.

It should be noted that the third stage of the current Biathlon World Cup season will be hosted on December 14-17 by Lenzerheide (Switzerland).

Biathlon World Cup Overall Standings

According to the results of the opening stage of the 2023/24 Biathlon World Cup, which took place on November 25-December 3 in Östersund, Sweden, the leader of the men's overall standings is German biathlete Philipp Nawrath (177 points), who is only one point ahead of Sweden's Sebastian Samuelsson.

In the women's classification, the first place is taken by the German Franziska Preuss (200 points). France's Lou Jeanmonnot is three points behind.
