Rovman Powell: Delhi captain shows 'charisma' on the field

Rovman Powell great save on boundary line: On the cricket field, players sometimes do something that no one can believe and something similar was seen during the T10 league in Abu Dhabi. During the match between Delhi Bulls and Deccan Gladiators in the Abu Dhabi T10 League, Delhi captain Rowman Powell displayed great fielding on the boundary line and the bowlers as well as the fans were stunned to see it.

The third match of the Abu Dhabi T10 League 2023 season was played at the Zayed Cricket Stadium. In this match, Deccan Gladiators captain Nicholas Pooran won the toss and decided to bat first. At the same time, Fazalhaq Farooqui came to throw the 7th over for Delhi Bulls. On the third ball of his third over, Andre Fletcher played a big shot in the direction of long-on.

It looked like the ball would go for a six, but Delhi Bulls captain Rovman Powell jumped into the air and caught a brilliant catch with one hand. However, he was in the air and had lost his control, so he threw the ball inside the boundary line before falling. Rovman Powell saved four important runs for his team by doing so. At the same time, from the bowler to the batsman of the opposition team, the Delhi captain was convinced of this great effort. The Abu Dhabi T10 League has shared this video on X, which is becoming increasingly viral.
