AC Milan forward Francesco Camarda became the youngest footballer in the history of the Italian Serie A.

The Rossoneri graduate made his debut in the Italian championship in the match of the 13th round of Serie A against Fiorentina.

Camarda came on as a substitute in the 83rd minute of the match with a score of 1:0 in favor of his team, replacing Luka Jovic.

At the time of his debut, the Milan prodigy was 15 years and 260 days old. Francesco surpassed the achievements of Bologna defender Vizdom Ami by 14 days.

Camarda also became the youngest debutant in AC Milan history, breaking the record of goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, who was 16 years and eight months old at the time of his debut in October 2015.

It should be noted that Camarda played for the Milan U-19 team this season, scored 7 goals and made 2 assists in 13 matches.

Milan won a narrow victory over Fiorentina with a score of 1:0. The only goal in stoppage time before the first half was scored by Theo Hernandez from the penalty spot.

After this match, the Rossoneri are third in the Serie A standings with 26 points. Stefano Pioli's men are three points behind Juventus and five points behind Inter, who will play each other on November 26. Fiorentina (20 points) is in sixth position.

In the next round of the Italian championship, Milan will host Frosinone on December 2. A day later, the Violets will face Salernitana at home.
