The European Football Union (UEFA) has determined where the 2024 European Super Cup match will take place.

According to the official website of UEFA, the host of the traditional match between the winners of the Champions League and the Europa League will be the Polish capital Warsaw.

The match will take place on August 14, 2024 at the National Stadium in Warsaw.

Interestingly, the last time the National Stadium hosted the European Cup final in Warsaw was in 2015, when Dnipro lost to Sevilla 2-3 in the decisive match of the Europa League.

It should be noted that the current winner of the UEFA Super Cup is Manchester City. In August 2023, the English club defeated Sevilla in a penalty shootout in a match held at the Georgios Karaiskakis Stadium in the Greek city of Piraeus.

Earlier it was reported that UEFA officially returned Russian youth teams to international competitions.
