The famous Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon decided to end his career.
The 45-year-old goalkeeper announced this on his social networks.
"That's it, friends. You gave me everything. I have given you everything. We did it together," Buffon wrote, adding a video of highlights of his football career.

During his career, Buffon played for Parma, Juventus and PSG. The goalkeeper's last club was Parma, where he returned after 20 years.
As part of Juventus, Gianluigi played 683 matches. This is the second indicator in the history of the Turin club. He holds the Serie A record for the number of fights played (656) and championship titles won (10).
For the Italian national team, the legendary goalkeeper spent 176 matches and won the 2006 World Cup with it, and also became a finalist of Euro 2012.
