The details of the 34-year-old Spaniard's contract with the MLS team remain unknown. He will join Inter Miami for free, as a free agent.
The former Barcelona captain will now play at the same club as Argentine forward Lionel Messi, whom Inter Miami signed earlier this summer. Previously, they played together for the Catalan grand.
It should be noted that the colors of Inter Miami are also defended by Ukrainian defender Sergei Krivtsov.
Busquets has been in Barcelona's system since 2005. During this time, he became the champion of Spain 8 times, 7 times each – the owner of the Cup and the Super Cup of the country. In addition, Sergio won the Champions League, Club World Cup and UEFA Super Cup three times.
In total, Busquets played for the Blaugranas' first team for 15 years, making 718 appearances, scoring 19 goals and providing 45 assists.
