Nasir Hussain's playing XI

Former England captain Nasser Hussain has announced the combined Test Playing XI (IND-AUS Playing XI) comprising India-Australia, in which Hussain has not given place to Australia's legendary spinner Nathan Lyon, which is surprising the fans. Nasir Hussain has replaced Lyon with Ashwin as a spinner in this playing XI. The former England captain has chosen Rohit Sharma as the captain, while Usman Khawaja has been given a place to open with him. At the same time, at Number 3, he has not given place to Pujara but to Labuschagne. Pujara has not been given a place by Hussain in his playing XI.

At the same time, the former English captain has taken a shocking decision for Virat Kohli. Kohli has been given a place by Hussain to bat at Number 5 in his special playing XI. The English captain has placed Steve Smith ahead of Kohli. In fact, In Tests, Kohli usually bats at No. 4 or No. 3. If Pujara is there, Kohli bats in Test cricket at Number 4.

Jadeja gifted the bat with which CSK made the champion by hitting the last ball.

After Kohli, Hussain has included Cameron Green. At the same time, Alex Carey has become Hussain's choice as wicketkeeper. From India, only Mohammed Shami has been able to make a place in Hussain's playing XI. At the same time, Pat Cummins and Mitchell Starc are included as fast bowlers in this special XI.

Nasil Hussain has not given all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja a place in the India-Australia Joint Playing XI, while the brilliant spinner Lyon has also not been able to be a part of this playing XI. "If the World Test Championship final was in the subcontinent or India, I could have taken Jadeja to no. 8... But this Test match is happening in England. I'm keeping the bowling all-rounder, seam bowler as Cameron Green. I see Green in this team as an all-rounder. On keeping Ashwin, Hussain said that Ashwin can also bat at Number <>. And he is also an intelligent spinner. So for me, he will be in this team.

India-Australia Joint Playing XI:
Rohit Sharma (captain), Usman Khawaja, Marnus Labuschagne, Steve Smith, Virat Kohli, Cameron Green, Alex Carey (wicketkeeper), Ravichandran Ashwin, Pat Cummins, Mitchell Starc, Mohammed Shami.
