The Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine has compiled a list of athletes who went abroad with a special permit, but did not return after the completion of sports events.

The corresponding list, which included 236 people, was published on the official website of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

Among the fugitive athletes were famous football players Artem Gromov (AEK Larnaca, Cyprus) and Vladislav Kulach (Zirya, Azerbaijan), basketball players Andriy Kozhemyakin and Oleksandr Kobets, hockey players Dmytro Nimenko, Philip Pangelov-Yuldashev, Yevhen Fadeev, as well as esports players from the CS:GO Monte team Viktor sdy Orudzhev, Vladimir Woro2k Veletnyuk and Sergey DemQQ Demchenko.

A complete list of persons who violated their obligations regarding the terms of returning to the territory of Ukraine after the end of the sporting event can be viewed HERE.

It should be noted that among the violators there are no three Ukrainian players who have made transfers to European clubs in the winter of 2023: Mykhailo Mudryk (Chelsea), Viktor Tsygankov (Girona) and Ilya Zabarnyi (Bournemouth).
