Former world heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder defiantly commented on a possible fight against WBO, WBA, IBO and IBF world champion Oleksandr Usyk.

The American boxer accused Usyk of cowardice, claiming that Ukrainian deliberately refuses to be in the same ring with him.

"I'm in both hands for this fight, but he's a little scared. Not even a little, but very afraid. I'm in this business, so I know a lot of things. I am ready to accept this fight at any moment, anywhere.

I don't set weird conditions like Fury and don't demand too much. Each of us should help the other earn bread. You don't have to overestimate your cost and do that kind of crap because we're all risking our lives," Wilder said in an interview with ESNEWS' YouTube channel.

Earlier it was reported that the fight with Wilder is a backup option for Usyk in case of disruption of the fight of the Ukrainian against Briton Daniel Dubois.
