Located in Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, the Shaoxing Baseball and Softball Cultural Center is the largest and top-level baseball field in China, and it is also the venue for the Hangzhou Asian Games baseball event.

The participating teams of the 2024 U23 World Cup are still uncertain. WBSC pointed out that there will be 12 teams participating, including Africa 1 team, America 4 team, Asia 3 team, Europe 2 team, Oceania 1 team, wild card or host country 1 team.

In the 4th U23 World Cup held in Taiwan last year, the Taiwan team ranked third best in team history, and the champion was the world No. 1 Japanese team. The Japanese team is also the only team that has won the U23 World Cup twice. .

After Taiwan hosted the preliminaries of Group A of the Classic, this year's international competitions in Taiwan include the U12 World Cup in July, the U18 World Cup in September and the Asian Championships in November.
