5. ABD Villiers

The former star batsman of South Africa was such a player who provided a different dimension to the batsmen.

Rohit has earned Rs 162 crore from IPL in the last decade and a half.

1. MS Dhoni


Dhoni earning the most in the history of the tournament is not a shocking thing at all.

Dhoni earned one hundred and sixty four crores and 84 lakh rupees from IPL till last year.

From the year 2018 to 2012, he paid Rs 15 crore annually, but for the last two years, he has reduced the fees to Rs 12 crore.

And if his last year's fees are also included, then Dhoni's total earning becomes one hundred and seventy six crores and 84 lakh rupees.
