James Anderson Stuart Broad together repeated history in Test cricket

James Anderson Stuart Broad:

During the first Test match (NZ vs ENG 1st Test) against New Zealand, the bowling pair of James Anderson and Stuart Broad has achieved a special record.

The pair of Broad and Anderson together became only the second bowling pair in the world to take 1000 wickets in Test cricket.

Ahead of them, only the pair of Glenn McGrath and the late great leg-spinner Shane Warne managed to take a total of 1001 wickets together in Tests.

An incredible 1,000 Test wickets between @StuartBroad8 and @Jimmy9 in Tests they have played together 👏

Greatness.
