IND vs AUS Test:

The Indian team is always considered strong in home conditions in Test matches, but former South African all-rounder JP Duminy believes that Australia has the upper hand in the four-match Border Gavaskar Trophy. Will happen and team 2-1 can win it.

In this series, India will not get the services of important players like Rishabh Pant and Jasprit Bumrah but all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja is ready to make a comeback after recovering from knee surgery.

When asked about the Test series (India vs Australia) starting on February 9 in Nagpur, Duminy said, "I believe it will be a very close series but I really think Australia have a good chance. Definitely a team that can beat India."

"I think Australia will win it 2-1 and Usman Khawaja will emerge as the best player of the series," Duminy said in an online chat organized by the South Africa T20 League.

Khawaja scored an unbeaten 195 in the Sydney Test against South Africa in January this year.

However, Duminy, who is coaching the Paarl Royals team in the SA T20 league, said that it would be a mistake to underestimate India in home conditions.

He said, "You think about (Ravichandran) Ashwin, who has a great Test record in India, he will probably be the most important for the team."

The former left-handed batsman said, "When it comes to Test cricket, you have to use your resources. India has players like (Cheteshwar) Pujara, Virat Kohli who are brilliant in Test cricket. They score a lot of runs. Let's make."
