The men's tennis team of Ukraine defeated Lebanon in the playoffs of the First World Group

Our team was represented by five tennis players: Oleksandr Ovcharenko, Vladyslav Orlov, Ilya Beloborodko, Vyacheslav Belinsky and Vladyslav Manafov.

On the first day of play, Vladyslav Orlov (#385 ATP) beat Hadi Khabib (#451 ATP) – 6:4, 6:2.

And Vyacheslav Belinsky (#622 ATP) overcame Benjamin Hassan (#324 ATP) – 6:4, 2:6, 6:4.

On the second day of the match, Ilya Beloborodko paired with Vladyslav Manafov defeated Benyamin Hassan with Hassan Ibrahim - 6:4, 6:3.

Thus, three victories made the Ukrainian national team the winner of the match ahead of schedule.

"Blue and Yellow" reached the next round and will play in the main part of the First World Group of the Davis Cup in autumn 2023.
