The match lasted two hours and 23 minutes.

Tsurenko defeated her rival from the aggressor country in the first set, conceded the tiebreak in the second game, and then took the decisive set.

The result of the match is 0:6, 7:6, 4:6 in favor of our compatriot.

Kalinska performed at the tournament in a neutral status due to the war of aggression that the Russian Federation continues to wage against Ukraine.

In the quarterfinals, Tsurenko will play against the German Tetyana Maria, who defeated another Ukrainian Dayana Yastremska in the round of 16 - 0:6, 4:6.

It should be noted that Ukrainian Marta Kostiuk also made it to the quarterfinals of the competition in Hua Hin.

In the second round, she defeated the Japanese Nao Hibino - 3:6, 6:7.
