According to the Japanese media "Full-Count" report, the Ham Club revealed that Kato Hao will be injured in yesterday's independent training. Kato’s parents are both Japanese. He was born and raised in the United States. He was selected by the Yankees with the 66th overall pick in the second round of the 2013 Major League Draft. The rate is 1 into 43.

Ho Kato played 844 games in the American minor leagues in his career, with 55 homers, 318 RBIs, and a batting average of 254. In the Japanese professional draft last year, he was selected by Ham as the third pick.
