Women's Premier League: Teams have been auctioned in the Women's Premier League, in which Adani Group bought the Ahmedabad team for 1289 crores, while IPL team owners Mumbai Indians, Royal Challengers Bangalore and Delhi Capitals bought 912 .

Successful bids were made for Rs.99 crore, Rs.901 crore and Rs.810 crore.

Capri Global Holdings bought the Lucknow team for Rs 757 crore.

Earlier, the BCCI had sold the media rights of the league to Viacom 18 for Rs 951 crore, which would fetch Rs 7 crore 90 thousand per match for five years.

At the same time, the BCCI secretary has congratulated all the franchisees by tweeting.

This will bring necessary reforms in women's cricket.

Which will ensure an all-encompassing ecosystem that will benefit each and every stakeholder.
