Mykola Morozyuk

 ended his career as a football player.

The 35-year-old Ukrainian became the sports director of the "Krasava" football club, which plays in the second division of the Cyprus championship.

After the start of a full-scale war, he condemned Russia's aggression against Ukraine, took his team to Cyprus and entered it into the local championship.

"We present to you a serious strengthening of the managerial staff of our team. By mutual agreement of the management and the player, Mykola Morozyuk has decided to end his football career and head the sports department of the club in the role of director! Mykola will be responsible for the selection of the team and scouting work," the club's statement reads. .

Mykola Morozyuk: career and achievements

Morozyuk is a pupil of "Dynamo" Kyiv.

As part of the "white and blue" he played from 2005 to 2010 and from 2015 to 2019, played a total of 116 matches - scored 9 goals and provided 24 assists.

Mykola was also the captain of Kyiv.

Between the periods of his career in "Dynamo", he played for "Metalurg" Donetsk, and after leaving the capital club from 2019 to 2021, he defended the colors of the Turkish "Rizespor".

In January 2022, Morozyuk joined Chornomorets as a free agent, but never made his debut for the Odesa team.

At the beginning of September of last year, Mykola became a player of Russian blogger Evgeny Savin's football club "Krasava".

Morozyuk is a two-time champion of Ukraine as part of Dynamo Kyiv, and also won the country's Super Cup three times.
