Milan "Inter" with great difficulties beat "Parma", a representative of Serie B (the second strongest football division of the country - note), in the 1/8 finals of the Italian Cup.
"Crusaders" unexpectedly took the lead in the 38th minute after a precise shot by Stanko Jurich.
Until the end of the match, the visitors managed to keep the winning score - the goal of "Parma" was defended by the legendary Gianluigi Buffon.
However, in the 88th minute, Simone Inzaghi's wards still broke through the 44-year-old Buffon.
Lautaro Martinez's goal allowed the Nerazzurri to take the match to extra time.
In the 91st minute, Inter's Bosnian forward Edin Dzeko had a great chance to hit Parma's goal with a shot from 11 meters, but Buffon saved his team by making an incredible save.
And yet, in overtime, the Serie A club won.
Francesco Acherbi scored the decisive goal for Milan in the 110th minute.
