The Ukrainian boxer published a video message on his Instagram page.

First of all, the sportsman mentioned the Ukrainian military, who are at the front protecting our country from the Russian invaders. 

Oleksandr emphasized that Ukraine is and will always be independent.

He expressed confidence that the Ukrainian people will defeat the Rashists, and "Rus was, is and will be Kievan Rus".

"I want to congratulate everyone on Christmas! The boys and girls who are now on the front line defending our country from the enemy! Guardian Angel to you. You have now become our Guardian Angels. And to all the people who help to go to victory. To all those who gave your life for the freedom of Ukraine is the kingdom of heaven.

Dear friends, we will pass all the trials that we have, and we will definitely raise the banner of victory above our heads.

We will definitely hear words from this world - "Ukraine is independent".

She is independent, she will be independent.

Rus' was, is and will be Kievan Rus!

And no matter what anyone says, as if there is no Ukrainian people, the whole world saw how united it is.
