India vs Bangladesh:

Head coach Rahul Dravid says that Virat Kohli, who has such a great understanding of the game, can easily know during the match when to be aggressive and when to control the game.

Dravid was also impressed by the fact that Kohli maintains the same strong spirit during training.

Kohli returned to form during the Asia Cup (Asia Cup 2022) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) earlier this year after a prolonged poor form.

He continued the same great rhythm in the T20 World Cup in Australia.

Last week, the former Indian captain completed his 44th ODI century.

"He (Virat) knows when to be aggressive and when to control the game, it's great to watch him and if he can extend the innings," Dravid said in a video release by the BCCI (Indian Cricket Board) on its website. So it's a good sign for us."

He said, "Virat has a great record in 50-over cricket, the number of matches he has played is amazing."

Dravid said that whether Virat is in form or not, his spirit in training does not diminish at all and the youngsters in the team can learn from it.

He said, “Since the time I have seen him, he continues to train hard like this.

Whether he is in form or not, he does not change it at all.

It's a great lesson for the young players in the team."

The former Indian batsman feels that the race for the World Test Championship final (WTC Final) spot has now intensified with teams becoming more aggressive to get results.

He said, “Teams have been playing very aggressively for some time now.

We have seen many results.

Teams are now playing for results more than ever as World Test Championship points are at stake.
