The England team confidently defeated the Senegal team in the match of the 1/8 finals 

of the 2022 FIFA World

 Cup.

The match at the "El Bait" stadium in El Hawr ended with a score of 3:0.

The founders of football decided the fate of the confrontation even before the break.

In the 38th minute, 

Jordan Henderson

fired a shot from the center of the penalty area after Jude Bellingham's pass.

And in stoppage time before the first half, Gareth Southgate's men strengthened their advantage.

The English caught Senegal on the counterattack - Phil Foden passed to 

Harry Kane

, and the captain of the "Three Lions" team coolly sent the ball into the net.

In the second half of the meeting, England finished off the demoralized Africans.

In the 57th minute, 

Bukayo Saka

blocked Foden's cross into the center of the penalty area.

We will remind, in the quarter-finals, England will fight with France, which in its match of the 1/8 finals 

dealt with Poland

 with a score of 3:1.

The match between England and France will take place on Saturday, December 10.
