Georginio Wijnaldum is Roma's newest signing, although the deal is expected to be formalized in the next 24 hours.

Roma president Dan Friedkin has flown to Paris on his private plane to take the Dutch midfielder with him.

The details of the agreement have already been revealed, where Wijnaldum will be loaned to Roma, which also has a mandatory purchase at the end of the season.

PSG took the Dutchman for free a year ago, but will send him away at a much lower price than the real value of the player.

The agreement between the leaders of the two teams has been reached for Roma to pay six million euros for the final purchase of the player.

However, the Gialloros will have a little help in Wijnaldum's loan year, as his salary will be paid in half with PSG.

The media in France and Italy have reported that the Dutchman is expected to arrive in Rome tonight, where he will undergo medical tests tomorrow.
