Manchester United players are forced to pump if they concede a goal in training.

Erik ten Hag's side are currently in Bangkok as part of their pre-season tour and took part in an open training session on Monday.

The media were given access to the squad and an interesting clip shared by the BBC's Simon Stone shows just how disciplined United will be.

Ten Hag staged a small game of 'attack vs defence' for the crowd of 10,000 and used small wickets.

Laurie Whitwell of

The Athletic

described the 52-year-old's instructions as 'deliberate' and every time a goal was conceded he told the players to do pumps.

Everyone did it and it brought a huge cheer from the supporters, happy to see their team committed to training.

Erik ten Hag making players do press-ups as punishment for goals conceded?

Just the manager Man Utd needed.

There should be consequences for major mistakes and poor performances, and not getting away with it due to favoritism.pic.twitter.com/p52MUuAANz
