Polish striker Robert Lewandowski has once again stressed his desire to leave Bayern Munich, while Barcelona continues to show interest in him.

Lewandowski believes his potential transfer could be beneficial for him and the Bavarian club.

"I still have a one-year contract with Bayern, so I asked the club to allow the transfer.

"I think this is the best solution in the current situation, especially since the club can get money from the transfer."

"I do not want to force anything, it has nothing to do with this, it has to do with 'We need to' cool down ', I want to speak calmly, not through the media.

"I hope the fans understand one day," Lewandowski told Bild.

Both sides have been sending messages to each other through the media in recent weeks.

Lewandowski does not give up his intention to leave this summer and Bayern do not want to let him go.

Barcelona are preparing their new official bid for Robert Lewandowski.
