FIFA has been investigating for several days the case of footballer Byron Castillo, who was alleged to have played for Ecuador with false documents.

The decision has already been made and the Ecuadorian national team will participate in the Qatar 2022 World Cup.

The government of world football FIFA, has not accepted the complaint of Chile for the activation of the football player Byron Castillo, who is originally from Colombia, but it was claimed that he has falsified the documents.

In a brief statement to the media, FIFA's official website wrote: "The FIFA Disciplinary Committee rejects all allegations against the Ecuadorian Football Federation."

"The disciplinary proceedings initiated against the Ecuadorian Football Federation are declared closed."

In Italy, they are disappointed by this decision of FIFA, as speculations were added that with the possible punishment of Ecuador, the Italian National Team would participate in Qatar.

Italy will remain at home, as did Chile who had complained.
