Former coach Ravi Shastri seen in new avatar

After calling legendary Indian batsman Rahul Dravid the "Indira Nagar ka goon", Cred has featured former Indian cricket team coach Ravi Shastri in a new avatar in its latest ad.

Ravi Shastri is shown as a 'party animal' in this credit card bill payment app add-on.

At the beginning of this funny ad, the former coach is seen speaking the famous "70 Minutes" dialogue from Shah Rukh Khan's film Chak De India.

In the ad, Shastri says "70 minutes. You have only 70 minutes and after that Happy Hours will be over" after saying "Let's party!"

The funniest part comes when he sneaks into a medical pharmacy and asks for "2 cough syrups, on the rocks" while holding down his glass.



Ravi Shastri on Friday informed the world about his new avatar for the first time.

Sharing a photo with Swag, he wrote, "'Good morning' is only optional, if you haven't slept through the night."
