The scandal surrounding the Lviv National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet named after Solomiya Krushelnytska continued when it became known that one of the soloists - Yuliya Mikhalikha-Roma - returned from abroad to Ukraine, while

two of her male colleagues did not

An internal investigation is currently underway.

The day before, a meeting of the ballet troupe was held in the theater, where they discussed, in particular, the outrageous act of the ballet's leading soloist Andriy Mikhalikh and actor Bohdan Klyuchnyk.

This was reported on the Facebook page.

"We discussed the situation that gained media publicity - with the artists who did not return from the tour. For the media, which are actively interested in this incident, we emphasize: as of today, the ballet dancer Yulia Mikhalikha-Roma has returned to work in the theater," the post reads. .

The outraged public was assured that in accordance with the current labor legislation, the theater administration is conducting an internal official inspection of the men who remained abroad.

Now the "motives and circumstances of the act" of Andrii Mykhalikh and Bohdan Klyuchnyk are being clarified.

Earlier, the mass media reported that they informed their colleagues online that they did not plan to return to them in Lviv.

The theater did not inform the artists about this decision, so Ukrainians learned about it from journalists with reference to sources in the theater community.

They also did not explain why the pages of both of the participants in the scandal disappeared from the site, but they expressed the hope that the mass media would follow "artistic events, cultural initiatives and large-scale premieres" just as closely in the future.
