Rajasthan News:

Former Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, who left for Dholpur to join Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra, has created a stir in the politics of Rajasthan with one of his X posts. .

Attacking the Bhajanlal Government of the state, he has accused it of not giving grant to Indira Rasoi operators for 3 months and has also talked about reducing the number of thalis to half as compared to earlier.

Posting on X, Gehlot wrote, "In the spirit of 'no one sleeps hungry' in the state, our government has launched Indira Rasoi Yojana to provide food at Rs 8 first in urban areas and later in rural towns. ) was started.

In this scheme, our government used to give a subsidy of Rs 17 per plate, so that the poor could get cheap, fresh and nutritious food.

The new government changed the name of this scheme but all the kitchen operators have told that the new government has not given the grant for 3 months and has also reduced the number of plates to half as compared to before.

The poor are suffering due to this.

Such feedback coming from public and media is worrying.

My request to Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma is to strengthen this scheme for the benefit of the poor by paying special attention to it and the grant should be given to the kitchen operators on time.

With the spirit of “No one should sleep hungry” in the state, our government had started Indira Rasoi Yojana to provide food at Rs 8 first in urban areas and later in rural towns.

In this scheme, our government used to give a subsidy of Rs 17 per plate, so that the poor could get cheap, fresh and nutritious food.
